- Allowable Period for Extension
For the grant of clearance which require verification or on site verification of business sites, extension may be allowed up to seven days.
III. Barangay Transactions
Except for the issuance of BPO and other emergency cases, all barangay transactions under this Citizen’s Charter shall be conducted from Mondays thru Fridays at 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN and 1:00 PM to 5:00.

About Tuliao
Tuliao is a barangay in the municipality of Santa Barbara, in the province of Pangasinan. Its population as determined by the 2020 Census was 6,424.
